This segment ran on 60 Minutes, April 1st, 2012 and caught our attention. We’re in the process of developing a Kickstarter proposal video (green screen and all) to raise the funds needed to amp up our work at Illustrators Journal, a labor of love developing both visibility and a following on the Internet. While primarily a ‘sweat equity’ affair between Lon Levin and Gregg Masters, our intention is to up-level the interactive capabilities of the blog, digital magazine and Internet radio presence. This segment profiling a market with apparent ‘recession proof’ DNA caused some momentary reflection on our part, followed by the affirmation that we’re on the right path.
